Riann Steele is an English actress born in New York.
After studying at Arts Educational Schools, London, and graduating with a First, she appeared in various Royal Shakespeare Company productions including Hamlet (2009) alongside David Tennant and Patrick Stewart.
In 2010, Riann made her debut screen performance opposite Aiden Gillen in Treacle Jr. (2010) (winner of the Golden Hitchcock award at the Dinard British Film Festival) and went on to play nurse Lauren Minster as a regular in the television series Holby City (1999).
Various television roles followed, including Queen Nefertiti in Dr Who (2012).
